From your family picture to agreed work
In the same meeting as Your Family Picture, we explain the engagement that best fits your priorities. That may be the ongoing Your Family Plan relationship or a specific service from the à la carte menu. We match the work to the outcome you need across planning for life, family preparation and transition support.
You can ask questions, review the proposal and decide whether to proceed. Paid work begins after the scope, fees, required agreement and permissions are confirmed.

A clear agreement from the beginning
The people and responsibilities
We identify your POM contact, what information and decisions we need from you, who may receive information and which professionals are responsible for specialist work.
The fee and payment terms
Your proposal states the fee, applicable taxes, payment schedule, outside costs and any estimate or limit for hourly work. Additional work is discussed and approved before it begins.
The timing and support
We explain the expected sequence, completion milestone, meetings and support allowance. Membership inclusions, proactive contact schedule, annual review, support limits, renewal pricing and cancellation terms are disclosed before enrollment.
Your Family Plan
The illustrative initial package price is $3,500 CAD per couple, including initial planning and first-year membership. It connects retirement and long-term cashflow, taxation and estate-value projections, housing and care planning, document coordination and family readiness in one written plan.
Applicable taxes are additional. Final scope, scenario and support limits, availability and annual renewal pricing are confirmed before enrollment. This price is provided for illustration and may be revised; your accepted written proposal confirms your fee.

Legal work, tax filings, insurance products, real estate transactions, renovations, moving and cleanout services have their own scope and costs. The appropriate professional or provider remains responsible for that work.
Executor coordination supports the authorized executor. POM is not currently offering executor, co-executor, trustee or attorney appointments. These remain subject to separate approval, acceptance and agreements.
When circumstances change
We explain any proposed change in scope, timing or cost and obtain your approval before additional paid work begins. Hourly work has an agreed estimate or limit and a reporting schedule.
Ongoing membership supports the defined review relationship. Estate administration and ongoing executor support are separate engagements.
