Peace of Mind Transitions

Step 6 · Keep your family prepared

Ongoing Peace of Mind

Your plan should keep pace with your life. Stay connected, revisit the decisions and keep your family ready for what comes next.

A relationship that continues after the plan

Your Family Plan creates a starting point. Ongoing membership helps maintain that preparation through an annual review, proactive check-ins, agreed reminders and a defined allowance for support. Your agreement sets the contact schedule, routine response expectations and who in your family may participate.

We revisit what matters as circumstances change, so the people, information and decisions around your family stay connected.

The ongoing relationship

Review. Update. Stay prepared.

01

An annual planning review

Revisit your priorities, family circumstances and outstanding actions. Review the cashflow, tax, estate-value and housing assumptions relevant to your plan, with updates defined by your membership scope.

02

Proactive communication and follow-through

Use a scheduled check-in and agreed reminders to keep document reviews, family information and action items from being forgotten. Confirm what is complete, what remains open and who owns the next step.

03

Support as life changes

Discuss changes in health, care, housing, family relationships or responsibilities. We help identify whether your existing plan needs a review, a professional referral or separately scoped work.

04

Family and executor readiness

Keep key contacts, document locations, wishes and responsibilities current. With your permission, include your chosen executor or family representative in the agreed review process.

Bring changes into the conversation early

A move, a new care need, a death in the family, a change in your chosen executor or a significant financial decision can affect several parts of your plan. Let us know when something changes so we can discuss the next step.

Your annual review is the regular checkpoint. Proactive contact follows the agreed schedule; the service does not provide emergency response or continuous monitoring. Additional reviews, calculations or implementation work are included only where stated in your membership agreement or separately quoted.

Planned member resource

The Family Hub

The Family Hub is being developed as the organized information layer within Your Family Plan, connecting useful member resources with private family information and permission-based access.

  • Important documents and their locations.
  • Family, executor and professional contacts.
  • Family wishes, responsibilities and agreed instructions.
  • Action items, reminders and review records.
  • Access for the family members you authorize.
  • Permission-based family updates and executor readiness records.

The aim is to make the information easier to find and maintain, and to help the right person know where to begin.

Coming as we grow

The Family Hub is in development and is not yet accepting sensitive personal information.

At launch, the agreed family record can identify documents, contacts and actions without a member portal. Private uploads, individual family permissions and shared task features will be introduced only after they are tested and approved. Automated reminders and more advanced integrations are later development. Your membership agreement will confirm which features are included and when they become available.

Helpful contact when circumstances change

With your permission, we can record events that should prompt a conversation, such as retirement, a planned move, a new caregiving role or a change in your chosen representative. We agree what to follow up, when to contact you and what additional work may be needed.

Member benefits

Preferred pricing on eligible services

We are developing member discounts on selected separately priced POM services. When you need additional help, we will identify any applicable member rate in your quotation before you commit.

Eligible services, discount amounts and conditions will be set out in the membership terms. Discounts do not automatically apply to legal, accounting, real estate, renovation or other third-party charges; any partner offer must be separately confirmed.

Your first year and beyond

The illustrative initial Your Family Plan package includes the first year of membership. Before enrollment, your proposal confirms the annual review, meetings, support allowance and any available member benefits.

Continued membership after the first year is separately priced. The renewal fee, billing, cancellation terms and included services will be explained before you agree to continue.

A clear scope for ongoing support

Membership maintains the agreed review relationship. Tax return preparation, complex legal work, estate administration, ongoing executor support and practical implementation remain separately scoped unless expressly included.

Significant changes requiring a new model, extra scenarios or specialist work are discussed and priced before additional paid work begins.

Keep your professionals connected

With your permission, we coordinate follow-up with the appropriate legal, accounting, insurance, real estate and other professionals. Each remains responsible for their own advice and services.
